Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from Manage my subscription under Account Settings, or by emailing [email protected]. To avoid the next billing charge, cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date. You keep access to benefits and unused credits for the remainder of your current paid period.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits roll over month to month. If you cancel PRO, you keep the credits you already received while subscribed.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Full refund within 3 days with zero paid credit consumption. Free or sign-up credits do not count toward consumption. See our Refund Policy.
Is there a one-off payment option, or do I need to subscribe?
You can buy a credit pack for a one-time payment instead of subscribing. Credit packs follow the same rule: full refund within 3 days with zero paid credit consumption.
What if my creation fails / is marked as "error"?
If a generation fails, your credits are automatically returned to your account so you can try again. That is separate from monetary refunds under our Refund Policy.
