ArtAny Refund and Fraud Policy

1. Overview

At ArtAny (https://www.artany.ai), we are committed to a fair and transparent billing experience. Refunds follow a single rule: full refund within 3 days with zero paid credit consumption. This policy explains subscriptions, payments, refunds, and cancellations. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Content Policy.

2. Fees and Payments

  • Paid services require selecting a plan and providing valid payment information.
  • For subscriptions, you authorize us and our payment processors (such as Stripe) to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • Pricing, billing frequency, and plan details are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes, excluding taxes on our net income.

3. Subscription Management

3.1 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your selection) unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.

3.2 How to Cancel

  • You may cancel at any time through your account subscription management page or by emailing us at [email protected].
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least seven (7) days before your renewal date.
  • After cancellation, you may retain access to plan benefits and unused credits for the remainder of the current paid period, as described on our Pricing page.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory cancellation rights granted by applicable law.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Full Refund Eligibility (3-Day, Zero Consumption)

You may request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within three (3) calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You have not consumed any paid credits from that purchase. Free credits, sign-up bonus credits, or credits from other purchases do not affect eligibility for a refund of a specific paid order.
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service or Content Policy.
  • The request is made in good faith and not part of a pattern of abuse.

4.2 When Refunds Are Not Available

  • More than three (3) calendar days have passed since purchase.
  • Any paid credits from that purchase have been consumed, including for successful or attempted generations.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with AI output quality, style, or creative results.
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal charge where you did not meet the cancellation notice requirements in Section 3.
  • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first.

4.3 Credit Packs and Subscriptions

The same 3-day, zero paid-credit-consumption rule applies to both subscription charges and one-time credit pack purchases. Partial refunds are not offered once paid credits from an order have been used.

4.4 Failed Generations

If a generation fails or is marked as an error, consumed credits may be automatically returned to your account according to platform rules. That credit restoration is separate from monetary refunds under this policy.

4.5 How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your registered account email, order or payment reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will review your usage records and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

4.6 Statutory Rights

Consumers in certain jurisdictions may have additional statutory rights. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

5. Fraud Prevention

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, including stolen payment methods, abuse of promotions, malicious refund requests, and chargeback fraud. We may suspend or terminate accounts and report serious misconduct to relevant authorities.
